Windows 7 Starter OA Latam: What It Is and How It Works
Buenos Días a todos, asumo que este tema fue hablado anteriormente pero no he conseguido una referencia directa hacia lo que puntualmente me sucede; primera vez que formulo una consulta por este medio, antes que nada gracias por tomarse su tiempo para leer; mi duda nace del siguiente escenario, poseo una portátil con microsoft windows 7 starter, de 32 bits, la misma posee 2gb en ram en un solo modulo, y si tiene un slot adicional el cual podría instalarle 2 gb mas; se por que ya realice la instalación de dicho modulo que la versión de S.O. que mencione muestra "2 GB usables 4GB Reconocidos"; ahora bien, si los sistemas operativos windows 7 32 bits pueden reconocer hasta 4 gb por el tema de la arquitectura, osea, 32 Bits = 32 direcciones es decir 2 elevado a la 32 total 4 GB, y sabemos que hay casos en donde de esos 4GB nos muestra, 3,75 o variables similares que es memoria absorbida o usada por la gráfica u otros fines, lo que indica que no siempre dirá que tienes 4 gb para usar, por que justamente esta versión limita el uso a 2 gb?? siendo no mayor que la capacidad de memoria aceptada por Sistemas 32 bits, y para colmo venir como licencia original en un computador que físicamente te ofrece la posibilidad de aumentar su rendimiento de hardware? cual es el truco? es de verdad únicamente posible aplicando upgrade a la versión de windows? (osea comprar una licencia nueva?) únicamente? existe alguna actualización o algún método en que específicamente el windows 7 Starter limite tan ceñida mente esta característica? si es así por que? cual es el fin? si ya no hay limitante de 3 aplicaciones simultaneas ni de una que otra personalización?
